Payment terms
50% upfront to start the work, and 50% on delivery, before the website goes live.
1. Upfront payment
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable once work has started. This covers the time and resources we commit to your project, including planning, domain, hosting setup, and initial development.
2. Final payment
The remaining 50% is paid after we deliver the website and you confirm it meets the agreed scope. We make reasonable revisions before final delivery.
3. Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel before we begin development, the upfront payment is fully refundable minus any third-party costs already paid (for example, a registered domain).
4. Renewals and add-ons
Annual renewals (domain, hosting, maintenance) and add-ons such as business email or multi-language support are non-refundable once activated, since the underlying services are paid for the full period.
