What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us through the contact form, together with limited technical data needed to keep the form secure.

• Details you enter: company name, contact name, email, phone, country, company size, industry, budget range, enquiry type and your message.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used for rate limiting. The raw address is not stored.
• Your browser user-agent string, used to identify automated abuse.

Why we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you are asking about.
• To keep a record of business correspondence.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.

Legal basis

We process contact details on the basis of your request to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our systems from abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Sharing

Enquiry details are accessible only to UptimeSphere staff who need them to respond. We do not share them with third parties for their own purposes. Where a supplier processes data on our behalf, they are bound to use it only for that purpose.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored in the clear, and access is limited to the people who need it.
