Uptimesphere builds business websites and provides hosting, business email, and basic technical support. Each package covers the initial setup of a website (company profile or portfolio). Custom platforms, e-commerce, dashboards, or mobile apps are not included unless agreed in writing.
Standard delivery is around 24 hours from the time we receive all required content (logo, text, images, business details). Delays in receiving content from the client may delay delivery.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, and any required logins. The client confirms they own or have the right to use any material provided to us.
Packages cover initial setup only. Future updates are charged separately at 5–10 JOD per small update, or 10 JOD/month for the monthly care plan. Annual renewal of domain, hosting, and basic maintenance is 30–40 JOD per year.

We do our best to deliver fast, secure, and reliable websites. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services (registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways) outside of our reasonable control.
