Website use
- Content is provided for information about our company and offerings.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse the sites.

Professional engagements
Statements on marketing pages are not offers. Delivery scope, fees, timelines, and warranties are defined only in signed commercial documents. Support and SLA details may be attached to those documents.
Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UptimeSphere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Liability for paid services follows the signed agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your commercial agreement with us, or otherwise by the laws applicable to UptimeSphere’s principal place of business for website disputes.
